Generosity is a key value to the Church family. We have an amazingly generous Father in heaven who pours out his unrestrained love to us. So when it comes to reflecting His nature, we do it in our words, our actions and our finances. 

St Philip's, and St Peter & St Paul,  could not run without the faithfulness of regular givers to help keep our ministries running effectively, compassionately and safely, every penny is used carefully in God’s work.

LEGACIES
 
You can include the church within your will by the addition of a straightforward clause. Gifts from legacies can make an enormous difference to the life of the church and the impact on our local community. Even a small percentage of the residuary estate can be a sizable amount, and contribute significantly to the work of our church. To give a share of your estate to the church, use this wording: “I give ______ % of my residuary estate free of all taxes to the Parochial Church Council of the parish of Cosham and Wymering (registered charity number 1119845) in the Diocese of Portsmouth for its general purposes, and I declare that the receipt of an officer of the Parochial Church Council shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors and trustees.”
